This intensive course offers a practical and in-depth exploration of rental contracts and tourist rental regulations across Spain. Participants gain a clear understanding of the legal framework governing both long-term and short-term rentals, including the most recent national and regional requirements applicable from 2025 onwards.

This course is delivered through FEIFLEX, our flexible hybrid learning model. You can attend live sessions either online from anywhere in Europe or in person at our Alicante premises. You’ll benefit from real-time lectures, interactive discussions, and case studies led by industry experts. All sessions are recorded and available on the MYFEI learning platform, enabling you to revisit the material at your convenience.

Lecturers:
This course is led by Orlando Torregrosa, a senior lawyer with more than 25 years of experience in property law, commercial contracts, and taxation. He has managed legal departments at leading Spanish and international firms, as well as worked extensively with real estate and construction companies.
Since 2014, he has run his own legal practice, Albir Abogados, advising international clients. Orlando teaches in fluent English and is known for delivering clear, practical legal education.
Certification:
To earn the FEI Certificate, participants must:
- Attend both live sessions (online or in person)
- Pass the final exam
A certificate of attendance is available for those who choose not to complete the exam.
The digital certificate can be easily shared with employers, clients, and professional networks.
Entry requirements:
There are no formal prerequisites for this course. It is open to both newcomers and experienced professionals. A basic understanding of the rental or property market is helpful. Proficiency in English is required, as all materials and lectures are delivered in English.
